llms.txt can orient a reader, a capability manifest can help choose a product, and OpenAPI can describe typed HTTP operations. Each should point back to a canonical source.

Negotiate live interfaces carefully

MCP can enumerate tools through a live transport. x402 can return unsigned payment terms before a paid request. Discovery should remain passive: do not invoke business tools or transfer funds just to learn what exists.
